The 7 light colors and their effects:

Adjust the intensity (long press on "②" button, then short press on "③" button)
Set the time (short press "③" button for E2 mode, then short press "③" button for 5/10/15/20/25/30 min)
Relax for the set time
The mask switches off automatically after treatment

For optimal results: Use the mask 3-5 times a week for 15-20 minutes.
